Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Archival Affairs of the Sakhalin Region. Coordinated by the SBIC (State Budgetary Institution of Culture) Literary and Art Museum of A.P. Chekhov\u2019s book \u00abSakhalin Island\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The purpose of the Conference is to study the essential issues posed by A.P.
