The major goals of the Institute are not only to conduct traditional scientific researches and preparing highly-educated academic specialists but also large-scale advocacy of historic regional heritage and contribution to further upgrading of humanitarian education in secondary and higher schools of the region. Eventually we are aimed at creating the possibility to strengthen the position of our country in the Pacific Asian area by fruitful cooperating with the countries of Eastern Asia and Asia Pacific Region.
We are completely convinced that the trustworthy and fair cooperation, development of mutual interests and comprehension are the key to overcoming historical contradictions, suspicion and hostility, otherwise all the talks concerning the transformation of the region into the area of peace, concurrence and prosperity are senseless. Our major target is to implement our policy and we are always ready to cooperate with the concerned partners that share our views and are anxious to support our position.
